Robert 'Kool' Bell, founder of Kool and the Gang, celebrates 50th year of rap

Robert "Kool" Bell, the co-founder of the seminal R&B group Kool and the Gang, is celebrating the 50th anniversary of hip-hop in a unique way: they are arguably the most sampled band in history, most particularly with the all-time great summer classic "Summertime" by DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince.
