Zelenskyy vows stronger defense amid battle for Bakhmut

In his nightly address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he and top military officials agreed not to retreat from the eastern Ukrainian city of Bakhmut. Russian forces have sought to capture the city for six months and have intensified shelling in the region.
