Pouring Pancake Batter

This short video is to show you how I like to use a pitcher or a mixing bowl with a pouring spout to pour pancake batter. This is a better method than ladling the batter out of a bowl onto a surface.
I like to use a circular motion when pouring and you can also take your whisk and smooth it out if you want perfectly round pancakes.
