Hogwarts Legacy: Rescuing Rococo Quest Guide
To rescue a cute but mischief-loving Niffler named Rococo in Hogwarts Legacy , players will have to be well-prepared to brave the dungeon. While this quest has no hard and fast prerequisites beyond getting the quest, players must progress far enough in the game to have a good handle on battle tactics. In addition, players who are not yet to higher end-game levels will also need to be cautious, as enemies in this region are quite challenging. To rescue this particular Magical Beast in Hogwarts Legacy , players must find the map's far reaches. The Manor Cape region has several collectibles and boasts many strong enemies. Therefore, players must be prepped with potions, dangerous plants, and a strong spell list to complete this side quest. For the combat in this quest, one of the suggested spell builds is a mixture of two red spells, Confringo and Bombarda, one purple spell, Descendo, and a yellow spell, Transformation, with the added Talent that can turn it into an explosive barrel. How To Find Henrietta’s Hideaway To start the quest, players will first need to travel to the Hamlet of Bainburgh. There, they will need to talk to the local vendor, Agnes Coffey. Rococo is her pet Niffler. She will tell the player that she last saw him near Henrietta’s Hideaway, one of the hidden areas in Hogwarts Legacy. It is a dungeon filled with dangerous traps and Ashwinders as well. She mentions that if someone braves the Hideaway and finds Rococo, they will be rewarded. To get to Henrietta’s Hideaway, it will either be a long walk down the coast or a somewhat long flight across the peninsula to the very southern end of Manor Cape. The Hideaway is under a ruined fortress resting on a cliff. While many Hogwarts Legacy collectibles are around the fortress, including a Merlin Trial and an Astronomy Table, there is also an Infamous Foe named Dunstan Trinity, who is level 35 at minimum. Dunstan Trinity is also surrounded by Ashwinder enemies, so if the player chooses to take them on, they will face a tough battle ahead. Alternatively, to skip the battle and a few collectibles in Hogwarts Legacy in the area, fly around the fortress and land at the activation point of the Merlin Trial. Use a Disillusionment spell and sneak down the stairs to get started with the quest. There are a couple of enemies here as well, but they can be sneaked past. Creep down to the doorway, and use the prompt to enter the Hideaway. Henrietta's Hideaway First Puzzle Solution The first thing the player is greeted with is a puzzle. There are two switches. One activation cube is already present, but the other is seemingly behind a wall. The switch on the hidden cube still needs to be activated, which can be done by using the Glacius spell. Next, turn to the left to see a statue with a cauldron in front of it. Use a burning spell to light the cauldron. Lighting it will flip the wall around, bringing the second activation cube into the room. Use the Wingardium Leviosa spell to move the cube to the empty switch. Use a burning spell on that cube again to activate it. After walking through the newly opened doorway, use Disillusionment to avoid starting a fight. In front of the player is a room filled with enemies and a large statue. To the left is a hallway that ultimately leads to a dead end. A puzzle down that hallway will give the player loot, but nothing is necessary to the quest. In the main room, two enemies are stationary on the left, one on the right, one wandering up and down the floor, and one on the balcony above. All enemies in this area are level 30, and another enemy may appear when the fighting starts. This can be done sneakily with the right stealth build in Hogwarts Legacy , but the player must be careful not to get spotted by the wandering enemy and the one on the balcony. Walking behind the two enemies on the left side of the roo...
