Context: Jim is a very unlikeable university employee who is always the smartest man in the room. He was too drunk to find the house where chris was. He thought he arrived there after a 45 minute baffling call trying to find it. The cops just arrested him outside on a different street rather than risk him killing someone. Infuriating how he never listens to directions and assumes he knows the answer constantly.
