Beef Seaweed Soup

▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
▶️Ingredients: 400g of Korean beef brisket, 500g of soaked seaweed
1. Soak the meat in water for 30 minutes to remove blood from the meat
2. Put 2-3 pieces of meat and radish in 3L of water and when it boils, remove impurities.
3. Boil for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes over medium to low heat.
4. Remove and tear the meat, and remove the meat broth.
5. Put 2 sesame oil, seaweed, and 2 Korean soy sauce in a pot and stir-fry.
6. Pour in the meat broth and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
(Add water if broth is not enough)
7. Add the shredded meat and fish sauce 2 and boil for another 10 minutes over low heat.
8. Season with salt at the end.
