Jason Padgett is an American self-taught mathematician and artist who gained fame for his unique abilities after a vi0lent attack. In 2002, Padgett was working as a furniture salesman in Tacoma Washington, when he was mugged outside a bar and suffered a severe concussion.

Following the attack, Padgett developed an incredible ability to visualize complex mathematical formulas and geometric shapes, which he could then draw in intricate detail. He also began to see fractal patterns in everyday objects, such as leaves and water ripples, which he then incorporated into his artwork.

Padgett was eventually diagnosed with acquired savant syndrome, a rare condition that occurs after a brain injury and results in newfound abilities in music, art, or mathematics. His unique talents have since been studied by scientists and featured in documentaries and media.

Padgett has since embraced his new abilities and has become an advocate for others with brain injuries.
