"Indiana State Representative JD Prescott (R-D33) Gets Upset When Citizens Ask Him Questions!"
Indiana Legislative Update from State Senator Holdman & State Representatives Lehman & Prescott" HELD ON: Saturday, March 4th, 2023 in Jay County, Indiana!
(Joshua "CIVIC DUTY" Kimbrell Live).
The 3 State Government Officials: (State Senator Holdman & State Representatives Lehman & Prescott) met on Saturday, March 4th, 2023 to give a "TOWN HALL STYLE" Legislative Update on the 2023 Indiana General Assembly Session. There were a good number of citizens there! ALL 3 of 'The Bastards of Politics' (Josh, Bilbrey & Brando) were on hand to ask questions and get some answers.
Josh specifically wanted to address a Bill that State Representative JD Prescott authored and has passed the State House and is now in the State Senate for their work & vote on it! The Bill in question is Indiana House Bill 1142 - (Law enforcement recordings). The Bill provides that the direct cost that a state or local agency may charge for providing a copy of a law enforcement recording (recording) includes labor costs incurred to: (1) obscure nondisclosable information in the recording; and (2) perform an administrative review of the recording to determine if all nondisclosable information has been obscured. Provides that if a court issues an order for disclosure of a law enforcement recording, any copy of the recording must be made by the public agency.
Information on the Bill can be found here:
