Residents in California still stranded nearly two weeks after winter storm

Another five feet of snow is expected to hit the northern part of the state. The I-80 is still shut down as roads remain caked with ice. Miraculous rescues continue throughout California while some in the southern part of the state are still stranded and running out of food and supplies.
