Skin-Rotting, Mind DESTROYING New Drug

A new dance partner for fentanyl is on the loose and its medical name is Xylazine, but on the streets it's going by "Tranq."

Tranq has taken over Philadelphia, San Francisco and Los Angeles. It's threatening Portland, Seattle and the rest of the Pacific Northwest (shout out relaxed Hard Drug laws), as it has the Northeast as well.

Here is a crash course as to what exactly you can spot, if you see a rotted, non responsive, zombie, shambling in your direction!
