Procrastination, overuse of social media, not doing what I'm supposed to be doing, etc etc etc will just destroy any chance of me achieving any goals and dreams I have. It's still not perfect but these are all the things I found that have helped me drastically get and stay on track. It's obviously a work in progress but I'm pretty confident some of these things would help anyone quite a bit.
