Why didn't I know this toast recipe before? It's so easy and delicious

Ingredients and recipe:
Cut two slices of bread into quarters
Place one full slice of bread on a baking tray
Shred 80g mozzarella cheese
Sprinkle on the slice of bread
Place 2tbsp softened unsalted butter in the bowl
Mash 3 cloves of garlic
Place in a bowl
Add 1tbsp honey
Mix well
Add dried parsley to the mix
Spread the mix on the bread
Place on top of the cheese
Cut two other slices of bread in four triangles
Place cheese on top
Place the other slice on top
Spread the mix on top
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400°F/205°C
Done!
