In this video, I will show you how to make an authentic and mouth-watering Chicken Karhai recipe at home. This dish is a popular Pakistani and Indian cuisine and is enjoyed by people all over the world.

Ingredients:

1 kg boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
3 medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped
2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
2-3 green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnish
Instructions:

Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add onions and sauté until they become translucent.

Add ginger paste and garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil separates from the mixture.

Add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add chicken and mix well. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked, stirring occasionally.

Once the chicken is cooked, add chopped green chilies and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
