- There's currently no national baseline for securing critical infrastructure.
- DHS, DoD, IC all have their own "standards" and "toolsets" that are used
- Critical infrastructure is worse, hydro plants have very different standards than the FBI or NSA, for instance. In most cases less-so
- To me, it sounds like we're wrapping more and more red tape around the most dynamic domain that we wage war in
- Agility is a major concern in cybersecurity, zero-days pop up, and need to be shot down rapidly, necessitating less red tape
