Cooking on a budget. Don’t go hungry. Start the day with a fried egg & baked beans on 1 slice of brown toast. Healthy lunch as demonstrated. Requires no Chef’s skills. Quickest cooked in a Wok. I loaned mine to a mate. The bleeder hasn’t returned it. If u don’t have a Wok, use a pan, as I did End the day with a fruit salad (banana, apple, orange, lemon juice). If you feel peckish in the evening, drink water and chew slowly on some cashew nuts.
