Fmr. US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer: 'There is nothing conservative about free trade'

Ambassador Robert Lighthizer, Former United States Trade Representative, told CPAC 2023 attendees Friday, "I would say there is nothing conservative about free trade and in fact, the opposite free trade is really about consumption, consumption is about materialism."
