Chapter 20B- Herbert Hoover

In this video I cover Hoover's early life as a fake mining engineer that wrote fake reports to prop up mining stock and fleece the public. I also cover his double dealing with china where he steals a coal mine and gets the British government to protect his ill gotten gains. Lastly, as a businessman he viewed insurance money to the family of dead miners to be cheaper than buying timber to reinforce his shafts.
