Unexpected Deer Break-In

Info from Licensor: "It was a Monday Morning, right before I usually wake up for work. Around 07:21 am, my wife and I were awaken by a blasting noise! My wife thought the ceiling had finally caved in from our upstairs neighbors, and I initially thought the AC unit right outside of our window blew up. We both heard glass shuffling out side of our bedroom door, and I instantly grabbed my little friend and told my wife to take our 1yo, and lock themselves in the bathroom. I peaked out of the bedroom door, waiting, watching, and saw the deer in our baby's nursery. I closed the door, told my wife what I couldn't believe I just saw, and put my little friend down. I told her to call the police while I ran through the window pane, on the door the deer busted through, to let the property manager know what just happened; she lives right across from me. The cops came attempting to lead the deer out of the apartment. The deer was mainly in our office space where it caused the most damage. Blood and urine was everywhere. After the unsuccessful attempts, they called the Department of Natural Resources, after they were told Animal Control does not deal with wildlife. Cops left, DNR showed up. Videos were taken during. DNR came, calmed the deer, mixed a tranquil recipe that was given to the deer, and dragged the deer out on one of our comforters. The deer was finally in the hands of professionals, and the maintenance team helped clean up and had the door replaced before 1pm. Everything was complete and clean by the end of the day with the help of family! While I am bummed out about my office equipment and child's nursery room, I am glad my family and the deer are safe. Now I am just hoping my renter's insurance will come through so we can replace a few of the damaged items!"
