Common Law INTRO -- David-Lester Straight - Chosen by Donald Trump

This is some information that we all are going to have to learn.

Where did Law come from? What was it’s origin? How did we arrive where a group of men could put something down on paper and try to hold man accountable?

Genesis 1:26-28 – God gave me Man Dominion over the Land, Air and the Water.

COMMON LAW: Law of the LAND
The land became Common Law – common to all mankind. It is property, equity and rights. Our rights are unalienable – which means a lien can not be placed upon our rights.

It has to do with patents, grants and securities and things we own like commodities – gold and silver. That is what common law is, it deals with properties and deals with our rights.

AIR – Highest Form of Law
The air is above the land which is above the water. The air is ecclesiastical or Canon Law, it is Trust Law. All the things held in Trusts. Held in the benefit of another, our heirs.

In Genesis God put the World in the Trust of Mankind. We are the Trustees of the World and he God is the Executor.

He placed it in us to manage it for our benefit and the benefit of our Future Heirs. For generations to come and lives on in perpetuity forever. Forever, meaning until the end of the Earth.

WATER – The Jurisdiction of the Water is Admiralty Law. It is Commerce Law. It is Contract Law. Things held in contract with another.

Contract – there are 8 Elements to a contract.
1. Like Kind – a man can write a contract with a man but a corporation has to have a contract with a corporation. Can a man have a contract with a corporation? NO.

Why did they start putting things in Corporations? To Limit Liability.

A contract is a two way street, both parties are receiving something.

So if this is true, why do they have to form corporations? It is because a lack of integrity, with integrity there would be absolutely no need for corporations.

Corporations exist so people can be taken advantage of.

The United States of America is not the same thing as the United States.
Salt Lake County is not the same thing as the County of Salt Lake. Your name spelled in all capital letters is not the same as your name spelled in lowercase.

What happened was a Vessel was created. The law clearly talks about vessels.

How much law did we learn in school? Likely little to none. They teach us things we don’t necessarily need and leave out things that we do need to know.

The true educators should be the Parents. They need to teach to question authority. To question everything. The schools tell you to obey and not question authority.

Police are “Policy Enforcers”.

Supreme Court of the US says Rules, Codes, Statutes and Ordinances are NOT Law. They are Corporate by-laws. They are for employees of the corporation to follow.

Your fist right is the Right to Self Determine. We have self determined that we are a person, citizen and a resident. This means we are a Dead Entity.

The term “we all are equal in the law” is because we all are dead.

What is an indictment? An indictment is a true bill. It is an invoice. You are brought up on Charges. If you don’t pay the charges you are asked to Bond. If you don’t pay the bond, your body is held Assurity to the Bond. Then if you don’t pay the bond they collect from your CESTUI QUE TRUST
that we are not even aware we have.

What is a Court? Look it up in a legal dictionary and it says “See Bank”.

Look up the word Judge and it says “See Banker” and “See Postmaster”.

Everything is about Banking.

We have a 72 Hour Right of Rescission. That is we have a “cooling off” period of 72 hours in which a contract may be canceled.

If you get a speeding ticket from a police officer you can rescind that ticket within 72 hours.

Write them in Red and say “Your offer to contract is not accepted while traveling in private, my private automobile, you operate under Title 18 Section 241 and 242 as a conspiracy to deprive me of my rights in the color of law. Mail that in.
