SB294 is the largest overhaul in Arkansas Education in History. The education system in Arkansas has been a failure despite increases in taxpayer funding. Democrats and fake nonpartisan groups like Common Ground believe in throwing more money on schools that are mostly run by bureaucratic leftists. Conservatives want school choice and other reforms that have worked in other states.
