It also has a review of the Maryland General Assembly website and shows you how to find your Legislators in the House and Senate, a bill, a committee, additional training videos and more. It is a good foundational training to help you get comfortable and knowledgable about what bills are being considered and how you can have your voice heard to support or oppose them.
