First Investment Property

It was only 2 years ago when I bought my first investment property. Don't get me wrong, at that time I was already mentoring under CJ with WNN Properties for months. I was learning the area, determining property values, calculating rehab numbers, and I fell out of escrow twice during due diligence. I now have 19 properties with 7 as rentals, 2 fix and flips, 9 ground up construction projects, and my primary residence. I took massive action to obtain massive results.
