Specific program

What should be the content of orthopraxy so you can retain living faith in the present world?
1) Keep a daily holy hour routine, which is the time for a prayer from 8:00 to 9:00pm.
2) Commit to one hour of a prayer guard and get involved in a continuous prayer. Do not wait for others to get organized; start to pray at the time that is convenient for you.
3) Keep seven prayer stops during the day: when getting up, at 9:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 6:00pm and 9:00pm and at the bedtime (Comp. Ps 119:164).
By practicing these three devotions, you give God a tenth of your time during the day – 2.5 hours.
4) Fatima Saturday – we can also call it a Biblical new moon. It is desirable that men spend one day a month, preferably all day on the first Saturday, as a day dedicated to repentance and prayer. There is room for God’s Word and witness of the prayer as well as of life. Similarly, fervent women should also spend one Saturday per month in communion in prayer and witnessing to each other. Here they can draw strength to carry their crosses.
5) Sanctifying Sundays
It starts on Saturday evening. The family prays together at home. The Holy Hour lasts from 8:00pm to 9:00pm and it is followed by an Easter song, which starts the Sunday celebration. They spend the first hour following the instructions in a booklet listing the specific truths regarding Christ’s resurrection.
As outlined in the booklet, the morning family prayer lasts from 5:00 to 7:00am. It targets the specific truth of the Gospel linked to the Sunday Resurrection morning.
Next, there is time for breakfast and rest. It is followed by a prayer to the Holy Spirit according to the instructions from 8:00 or 8:30am to 9:00 or 9:30am.
Then the family participates in the holy liturgy.
In case they do not have the opportunity to attend a true Catholic liturgy, they can experience the liturgy in the spirit by following it from the booklet or watching the online broadcasting of a true Catholic Mass celebrated by a priest or a bishop who did not allow himself to be included into the so-called synodal way promoting legalization of LGBTQ immoralities.
If the family watches the online liturgy at home, it is desirable after the liturgy to pray the prayer of faith according to Mk 11:23.
The families meet around 3:00pm in the afternoon. The women meet separately. If young families meet, it is necessary to make sure that there is someone who can take care of the children, or prepare a program benefiting them.
The men meet separately. The orthodox Catholic Church can expect to withdraw to catacombs; therefore it is sufficient for 3 to 5 families to meet together depending on the available space.
The second option is a meeting of several families in the presence of a true Catholic priest. In this case, it is practical to bring food and stay for the community prayer and to build a brotherly communion. The Sunday program can conclude around 3:00pm.
According to the tradition of the pre-council Church, if there was no temple in a village, the people would meet in a commuting village. They did not return home immediately after the Holy Mass but stayed until the afternoon. They brought simple food along and ate it after the Mass. They spent 2-3 hours of the free time in conversations or in a private prayer in the temple. The priest taught them catechism in the afternoon, followed by the adoration and a blessing. They returned to their homes only after the blessing.
Today, the brotherly community is a place to discuss matters of child rearing, family relationships, material and work issues and mutual encouragement. Search for and pondering about how to apply God’s Word in one’s life should not be forgotten. The essence of the following of Christ’s way does not consist only in outward self-denial, but mainly in the interior renunciation of one’s ego. And that is a gradual process. The saints call it a way of purification. They also talk about the way of illumination and way of unification. However, it is also God’s grace, not only our effort that plays a role here.
It is precisely through the prayer that we can obtain God’s grace to follow Christ. Under no circumstances shall we blend interior prayer with pagan practice of yoga or Zen Buddhism! The inner healing of our soul from various bad habits or addictions can be supported by a community where we can openly talk about this topic, and we can help each other. On the one hand we can point out the mistakes, which a person is not aware of; on the other hand, one can sensitively share experience from the spiritual fight in that area. Man accepts the advice or the admonition with a difficulty and he either slips into sadness or closes himself up as being offended. To point out one’s errors during the process of purification of the soul is a delicate matter, but it is a true mental hygiene.
The spiritual process, which leads towards a new birth, is not possible if the members of the community do not adhere to a prayer routine. The relationship with Jesus is strengthened through the personal prayer. That is where we give Him our own sins and the innermost pain and learn to perceive Jesus’s pain. We realize our ingratitude, indifference, self-will, touchiness… The light of knowledge of intimate God’s secrets, which are linked to the holy baptism and holy liturgy, comes in union with the crucified Christ. Such a prayer is a source of grace for the salvation of souls.
In the evening the family concludes the Sunday celebration with the Holy Hour from 8:00 to 9:00pm. They ponder the truths of the revelation of Christ to the apostles without and with Thomas.
To deepen the relationship with the Savior it is very helpful to pray about the truths related to the passion and death of Christ during the Holy Hour on Thursday and Friday evening. (They can be found in the publications Way of the Cross and Seven Words from the Cross available on our website.)
It is also recommended, especially for the beginners, but also for others, to read not only the Gospel but also the living Gospel, namely the lives of the martyrs and saints. They encourage and dispose a person to follow them according to the principle: “(O Augustine), can you not do what so many others have done?”
If a person experiences conversion and fully opens to the Holy Spirit, they must, at the same time, part ways with a false spirituality of pagan pseudo-religions and their practices, various forms of superstitions, magic, spiritism and divination. All this is a part of a pseudo culture, which is forced even upon children. Only after this step of conversion, one can set out on the way of following Christ. To persevere, not to quench the fire of the Holy Spirit and not to lose faith and get into the slavery of the sin and the spirit of the world, he needs this specific spiritual program, namely a clear way of following Christ. This tested way is not as the synodal one, about which the prophet says that it is just senseless babbling and meaningless gibberish. The way of Christ leads safely to salvation.
On the way of Christ, the Christian often remembers four realities, namely death, God’s judgment, eternity and God’s mercy, connected to repentance. This spirituality focuses on Christ crucified and resurrected! It is a Christ-centered way. Before the Christian sets out on this path, it is very reasonable to spend at least a four-day retreat, where one can come to realize the most essential truths regarding the redemption in Jesus Christ. It is necessary to receive Jesus Christ as one’s personal Savior and Lord and place in His hands one’s past and future and the present.
In faith and at the foot of the Cross, a person should also experience Christ’s testament and receive Jesus’s Mother for his own at this retreat. It is necessary to open oneself to the Holy Spirit and renounce all forms of occultism. After the retreat, every believer must be clear on the issue of the first commandment, and must also have a clear understanding of the current heresies, which destroy the living relationship to Christ.
Everyone who has experienced a four-day spiritual retreat shall leave with having made a resolution to become part of the community of believers and start a way of spiritual growth, committing to a prayer routine, thus Christ’s way of salvation.
Holy hour, prayer watches, seven stops during the day, Fatima Saturday or the new moon, and celebration of Sunday – this is the time offered to the Lord and our soul. This is a living and holy sacrifice, which is our spiritual service. By contrast, the so-called synodal way and its acceptance of the spirit of the world and demons hidden behind LGBTQ leads to perdition. Every Christian must radically reject this false way.
