Tenants given 30 days to move out in Sedamsville

About 20 tenants received the notice that they must move out of their homes by the end of March. The homes are owned by a longtime landlord, but a receiver took control of the properties after he failed to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes, fines and fees.
