Did My Therapy Change My Personality? Taking a Personality Test Before And After

I'm doing a personality test once with answering the questions like I would have answered them before my therapy and once with answering the questions like I do think and feel today.

When I watched this video after recording it, I realized that I have misunderstood the meaning of the question at least twice. But I decided to not record this again because I want to show me taking the test for the first time.
