Looking for more space to store your stuff? Take a good look around your home in search of dead space. Then get creative and make it work.

One of the most underutilized spaces in the garage is above the garage door opener. In this video, the boys build a roof rack aka storage rack aka hanging shelf that provides 144 square feet of storage space that is 17 inches high. The perfect size for Costco totes. That means that all the stuff that was cluttering up the garage has a new home.
