Emmanuel Macron says Paris isn't for being drawn into a competition for access to Africa.
The French President's words come ahead of his upcoming trip across the continent, which could be an eventful one, after much recent opposition to France's lingering colonial footprint there. RT contributor Rachel Marsden explains.
