One the most effective ways of finding out which foods trigger your symptoms is keeping a food journal. Be consistent and patient and soon you'll find out which foods your body can tolerate!

I'm on the carnivore diet since December 17th, 2022 and on the Lion Diet since February 15, 2023.

MY STORY
I've had eczema and asthma since birth. My whole life I've been trying to find a way to heal. I was vegan for 2 years and my health deteriorated rapidly.
Now, I've started a carnivore diet - more specifically the Lion Diet - to eliminate any allergens that might be causing inflammation in my body.
I've been eating Beef + Honey since December 17th, 2022 and ONLY beef since February 15, 2023.
In order to share my experiences with this diet and learn from others, I've decided to document this health journey online publicly.
