Watch: International Relations Minister Finds The US Embassy's security alert to it's citizens "odd"

Minister of International Relations Naledi Pandor says she found the US Embassy's security alert to it's citizens "odd". The US Embassy and Consulate in South Africa has issued a security alert for American citizens.
According to the US, the security alert is ‘over the ongoing energy crisis’, ‘load shedding ‘and ‘controlled energy outages’. Pandor is part of a delegation of ministers at the Union Buildings where President Cyril Ramaphosa is hosting Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.
