I send out a hand full of offers out every week, most of them get denied but that’s just part of the game. A great deal for me is generally not so great for the sellers.
I️ negotiated the price of this home down $40,000 from where they started. My inspector walked the outside and say’s… “really? I’m at $25,000 in renovations and I’ve been here 5 minutes.” The photos of this home were very strategically taken. Stay tuned tomorrow for part 2.
