SUNSET REST AREA & SPRINGBOARD TRAIL (Full hike includes Dooley Spur)

A quick rest stop at Sunset Rest Area and a brief hike can do your legs and ability to concentrate a world of good! Convenient short trail in a lovely forest can give you the mental battery recharge that you need before you continue on your way down US-26.

During the month of February though... it gets cold! So bundle up. Make sure you have chains for your tires... and be careful out there on the roads.
