12 Gauge Shotgun Camper Demolition

Ok, you have to watch the whole thing to see the best part. I was trying to pull the roof down on my old camper and had to use a 12 gauge shotgun to finish the job. It is pretty cool actually.

I removed all the material and supporting walls and framing on the two ends of the camper. Then I removed all but three of the front 2x2 wall supports.

I was trying to figure a way to safely bring this down with the least amount of work. There was a lot of pressure on those three boards. I did not want to hurt myself or the tools I was working with.

The next best thing was to get out my shotgun and blast the frames into oblivion. It worked very nicely I have to say.

I hit the first two posts directly and blew a nice 3 inch round hole in them.

On the third support, I was a bit nervous about the camper roof coming down on my head so I pulled to the left a bit when I fired. I missed by a mere inch and a half.

So a fourth shot was needed to bring the roof of the old camper crashing to the ground.

Nice.
