▶️Recipe (measured with rice spoon) 1 serving
1. Season 150g of pork belly with a little bit of ginger and refined rice wine.
2. Add 100~150g of cabbage with a little salt and stir-fry.
3. Fry the pork belly until golden brown
4. Sauce (1 dark soy sauce, 1 oyster sauce, 1 honey, 1 cooking wine, 0.5~1 minced garlic, 5 water)
Sleep on medium heat, turn off the light when you are self-absorbed
▶️If you like spicy, add a little peperoncino or cheongyang
5. Serve over rice with meat, cabbage, shredded onion, sesame leaves or green onion, and wasabi.
