DiDi's Special Blend Seasoning

4 TBSP Salt
1 TBSP Onion Powder
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 TBSP Thyme
1 1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Corn Starch

Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Pour into a spice mill and grind. Keep in a 2 oz spice bottle. Sprinkle on vegetables with a bit of olive oil & roast in the oven or air fryer. Rub on chicken or steaks before grilling or air frying.
