The first thing I do with clients is to show them that even though--You Thought You Were Your Thoughts—you are not!

Sit down with yourself and consider whether you have allowed negative voices from your past experiences into your head. When you leave those negative voices speaking long enough, they take over and lay down a subconscious program that I promise you, is taking you the opposite direction of where you want to be going. Sit with yourself and ask what those negative voices are saying. Write it down. Ask where those voices came from-write it down. Then ask yourself if you’re willing to let those voices go for good-- and create a new positive voice that will lay down more positive subconscious programming. Subconscious programming that is in alignment with your best goals and your greatest dreams. It's time to stop negative voices in your head!
