Framing Tiny Home Windows And Door

Friday John came over in the afternoon to help out again with the finy home framing. We worked most of the day on the front wall and framing the windows and door.

I also put in the loft while John worked a while on the details of the windows and the doorway. The loft will tie in both of the long walls and reduce shaking of the overall house.

I also need the loft in place so I can put on the roof. I will be standing on the loft as I work on the roof. This will make it easier and safer to reach.

We worked the whole afternoon and evening on these two projects. This took us the longest of the entire framing up to this point.

The tiny house on wheels is coming along nicely though. My little home is taking shape and looking good now.

I already cut the wood for the loft on the other side of my tiny house so when we get the front wall up and the entire house enclosed then I can simply put the loft boards together and we can move on to the roof.
