We had another power snow storm hit the area so I was shoveling snow most of the day again.

I ran into town quickly before the weather got too bad so I could pick up some packages that had arrived. The mail is not being delivered to my home this winter season so I have to go pick it up in town.

I got some maple syrup supplies that I had ordered online. I am getting ready for the maple syrup harvesting season this year. I hope to be really prepared this time and make a larger quantity of maple syrup. I hope to have enough for myself for the year and also some for sale.

I also got my diodes for the wind turbine and solar panels. Now I can finally set up the wind turbine properly again.

With the big snow storm hitting my off grid homestead I also picked up some more gas for my DC generator. Long cloudy days mean no solar power production.

I had to split a whole lot more fire wood this day as well in order to be stocked up for the storm. It is better to have a bunch of fire wood on the porch lined up and waiting as the snow falls.
