Bushnell Follow Up On My Failed Tasco Game Cameras

I was contacted by the head of customer service for Bushnell about the way I was treated by one of their employees a while back. I received a sincere apology and will be receiving new replacement game cameras in the mail soon.

The Bushnell team somehow found my video and turned it over to the customer service dept.

I talked to the head of the customer service department on the phone for a while. He apologized to me for how I was treated the other day. He said this is not the way they treat their customers.

I wish I had the name of the person I had talked to but when I called back then, I did not expect things to go badly so I did not write down the person's name.

Normally when a game camera fails, which can occasionally happen, Bushnell will replace the camera for the customer, especially during the warranty period.

Bushnell will be sending me two new cameras to replace the ones that did not perform for me.

Thank you Bushnell for taking care of me.

I will do a follow up video when the cameras arrive.
