Off Grid Solar Battery & Rain Water Shed Construction

Part two of Friday's work. Sorry it took me so long to get this video up. I have been out hunting since Saturday trying to put meat on the table. Melanie is on the way over soon (I hope) and I want to provide for my family.

I am working with recycled barn wood. This wood has been used and is full of nails. Most is broken up and there are a lot of scraps. I have to sort through the barn wood pile to find usable pieces of wood. Then I have to prepare it for use.

It is taking a long time to finish but the cost is zero. Just time.

I managed to finish most of the back wall and a good part of the front wall of the solar batter shed so far.

This shed will house my off grid solar battery bank and rain water tanks for my tiny house on wheels. The shed will be fully insulated to keep the solar power batteries from getting too cold and to keep the water from freezing.

I hope to finish my solar power battery shed before it gets too cold outside. Then I have to build a greenhouse in front of it. The greenhouse will hold a wood stove for night time heating. The sun will heat the greenhouse during the winter days.

Thanks for watching. Please subscribe and watch my daily videos.
