Great News ~ Melanie Is Here

Finally - the day we have all been waiting for - Melanie has arrived in the United States to join me on The Off Grid Project!!!

The last two days I have been anxious and excited. I paced the floor, round and round waiting for the day to come. I could not eat, hardly worked and could not sleep the last two days.

Melanie was flying into New Jersey international airport where I was heading to meet her.

I had visions and ideas of how we would meet as she comes out of the security line and fly into each other's arms.

But, in the real World, nothing works quite like you dream.

I got to the airport and went to the terminal that was listed on the plane tickets and conformation receipts. I had also called the airline to make sure everything was going well because Melanie had a long layover in China and I did not hear from her at all.

But, Melanie was not there. I later found out that she was in a different terminal.

To make a long story short (very long story), we finally met and we were just so relieved to have found one another that I forgot my camera in my pocket at that time.

We did not take out the camera until we were at the car about to leave the airport parking lot.

I can only tell you that we are both very happy to see one another finally after all these months. We had times where it looked like we would not ever get together. But in the end, everything worked out well.

Melanie is here!!!!!!!
