Off Grid Wood Stove Cooking Cheesy Noodles

Welcome to another episode of Off Grid Homestead Cooking With Troy. Tonight I cook cheesy noodles and asparagus on the tiny house wood stove.

This was a fast and simple meal that I made up while working on the computer. Sometimes you need a good meal with no work and this was one of those times.

I simply heated up some noodles on top of the wood stove. While they were cooking I sliced up some swiss cheese thinly.

When the noodles were done I drained them and added butter and the swiss cheese. I tossed on some parsley for color.

I opened up a can of asparagus and put that in a pot on the wood stove to heat up while the cheese and butter were melting into the noodles.

In minutes I had a perfect and very enjoyable meal ready to eat. And it sure tasted good too.
