Cutting Fire Wood & Cleaning Up Wood Piles For Off Grid Heating

Chis and I are clearing up the fire wood piles by cutting the wood into logs and stacking them into the new pallet wood shed. I had about six piles of fire wood that needed to be processed. It was sorted into various piles depending on what had to be done to them.

Chris has been running the chop saw and cutting down scrap pallet wood pieces into the right size for my off grid tiny house wood stove.

I have been cutting downed trees into log size and carting them over to be split and stacked into the new wood shed.

Together we are getting all the piles of fire wood processed and put away.

Next winter we will have enough fire wood for sure. The new pallet wood shed will hold about six cords of fire wood.

It is going to be a good year.
