#Boiled beef soup
It's a soup that I've been eating since I was young, so it's a menu that I remember a lot from time to time.

▶️Ingredients
300g of Korean beef brisket, 300g of bean sprouts (remove the heads and roots as much as you like), a serving of radish, 2L of water, three green onion roots

▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1. Stir-fry sesame oil 2 and meat over medium-high heat.
2. Add radish, 3 Korean soy sauce, 3-4 red pepper powder and stir-fry thoroughly.
3. Pour water (500ml) and boil for 2-3 minutes when it boils
4. Pour the rest of the water and boil it for about 5 minutes
5. Open the lid and add bean sprouts, green onion, 2 minced garlic, and 3 anchovy sauce.
6. Boil over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, low heat for 10 minutes.
▶️ Open the lid and season with salt
▶️If you heat it up and boil it down again the next day, it becomes a more delicious beef
