▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1 Shred half a carrot, one onion, 7 shiitake mushrooms, half red paprika, and half yellow
2. Shred 300g beef (any lean meat such as bulgogi persimmon) and season with 4 dark soy sauce, 1 sugar, 1 minced garlic, pepper, and sesame oil.
3 Blanch the spinach until it dies, then wash it.
Add half a spoonful of salt, sesame oil, and minced garlic and mix.
4 Stir-fry the vegetables with a little salt.
5. Stir-fry beef, add shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry over high heat until there is no soup.
6. Put 2.5L of water in a pot and when it boils, add 100ml of soy sauce and 100ml of raw sugar (sugar).
7. Add 500g of glass noodles and boil for 6 to 9 minutes (preferably cooked noodles)
8. Drain the water on a strainer - do not rinse in water
9. Add vermicelli and stir-fried vegetables and mix
10. For seasoning, dark soy sauce 3, oyster sauce 2, honey (starch syrup) 1~2, sesame oil 2, sesame seeds, pepper
