▶️Ingredients
3 medium-sized potatoes (360g after peeling), 2 Cheongyang peppers, 10 anchovies (pass if you don't like fishy taste)

▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
#Sauce: 3 dark soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 red pepper powder, 1 sugar, 1 minced garlic, 200ml water
1. Cut potatoes (see video) and wash starch in water
2. Apply plenty of cooking oil and cook the potatoes until they are translucent (more than half).
3. Pour anchovies and seasoning sauce and cook while boiling
4. When the potatoes are almost cooked, add Cheongyang pepper and green onion.
5. Add 1 last sesame oil, whole sesame seeds
6. If you like sweetness, add a little honey (starch syrup)
