We are happy to present you our newest 30 minute POWER NAP.

The idea behind this video was to create a relaxing background atmosphere for you to relax as quick as possible.

A simple trick to fall asleep fast: Take a moment to relax before you go to sleep. Turn off the lights and start taking few gentle deep breaths. Let the inner chatter fade away as you lay down in your bed. Breath in... breathe out... repeat until you fall asleep.

Although not mandatory, headphones usually provide a better listening experience, experiment with what works best for you, headphones or common speakers.
