These are decadent enough main course, or just to impress someone significant in your life for breakfast. No matter what course you serve it as, your guest will be super impressed with what you were able to accomplish.
THE PREPARATION
The Waffles
½ cup almond flour
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons Swerve
7 drops liquid Stevia
The Filling
½ cup raspberries
Zest of ½ lemon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Swerve
3 ounces double cream brie
