▶️Recipe
1. Wash 100 perilla leaves and drain the water.
2. Thinly slice half a medium onion, 1/3 carrot and 1 green and 1 red pepper each.
▶️Sauce (measured with rice spoon)
Dark soy sauce 5, fish sauce 5, red pepper powder 3-4 plum juice 1, honey 2, water 8, garlic 2, a little ginger, lots of sesame seeds
(Adjust the seasoning according to the size of the sesame leaves)
3 Add vegetables to the sauce and mix.
4. Layer 2 perilla leaves each and distribute seasoning well.

You can eat right away
Refrigerate after 1-2 hours, best eaten within a week.
