Wagner founder Prigozhin meets pro-Russian troops near Bakhmut

Wagner Group co-founder Yevgeny Prigozhin congratulated troops on Russia's annual Defender of the Fatherland Day in footage released on Thursday (February 23) said to be taken on the edge of the strategic Ukrainian frontline city of Bakhmut.
