Cranberry Cake with Dulce de Leche

Something new for me, I made it for the first time and I loved the taste,

3 eggs
1/2 cups milk
1 spoon melted butter
2 cups of sugar
2 spoons of chocolate
1 cup cranberry
2 cups sifted flour
1 spoon baking powder
13.4oz Dulce de Leche
1 /2 Spoon powdered sugar
